West London Mentors has joined forces with West London Welcome to provide the first weekly drop in service for refugees and migrants in Hammersmith. This initiative was born out of the need identified by the Hammersmith and Fulham Refugee Welcome group (a community group established to welcome and help integrate families who have been resettled in the Borough) to provide a welcoming, social space for these families as well as opening it up to other vulnerable individuals in the west London and beyond.
